Liquid Coatings

LIAs apply a variety of water-based liquid coatings including PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) a non-stick primer/topcoat system, FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene copolymer) a low-friction, chemically-resistant coating, and PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) which has provides thicker, tougher coating..

Powder Coatings

LIAs also apply a variety of Teflon coatings in powder form including FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene copolymer), PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy), and ETFE which is a copolymer of Ethylene and TetraFluoroEthylene.

Sandblasting

Surface preparation is vital to ensure a high quality coating and optimal lifespan of coatings. Our state-of-the-art sand blasting ensures that optimal surface preparation is achieved to suit every coating solution.

Grit Blasting

Abrasive blast cleaning is an optimal way to prepare and prime surfaces prior to coating. Grit blasting helps to remove contaminants and ensure coating solutions adhere correctly.
